摘要
本文介绍了在乙酸酐——高氯酸催化下四氢呋喃开环聚合制备端羟基聚四亚甲基醚反应的研究;探讨了催化剂组成和用量对聚合物分子量和分子量分布的影响;并测试了产品性能。结果表明:在一定范围内,聚四亚甲基醚的分子量随高氯酸用量的增加而增大,并随乙酸酐用量的增加而降低;催化剂的组成对分子最分布的影响不大;用此催化剂体系可以制得分子量分布较窄的聚合物。
Hydroxy terminated poly (tetramethyleneoxide) was prepared by using acetic anhydride and perchloric acid as catalyst. The effects of the composition and the amounts of the catalyst on the molecular weight and the molecular weight distribution of the polymers were studied, and the properties of the product were determined. It was found that the molecular weight of the polymer was increasing with the increase of the amount of perchloric acid, and decreasing with the increase of acetic anhydride in the catalyst, the molecular weight distribution of the polymer was little affected by the composition of the catalyst and the molecular weight distribution was narrow.
