鸡胚胎代谢及能贮量变化规律的研究

摘要 测定了兼用型郑州红和蛋用型京白Ⅲ系入孵前和入孵后每隔5天的胚胎蛋的水分,蛋品绝干物质、蛋壳重和能量等变化。结果表明,1、胚胎蛋含水率变化都随胚龄的增加而增加;出雏时总增加分别为4.18%和3.7%.2、两品种蛋品绝干物质重变化,以60克蛋重比较,入孵前和21日胚龄出雏时的蛋品绝干物重分别减少1.6324克和1.5985克.3、蛋壳重量变化,出雏时总减轻率分别为37.08%和29.33%.兼用种高于蛋用种7.75%,说明兼用种雏鸡骨骼较粗壮。4、能贮量变化,两品种蛋入孵前总能贮量分别为90.65千卡和86.12千卡,而出雏时分别降到70.59千卡和62.90千卡.说明胚胎蛋在整个发育期内约消耗能贮量20~23千卡. Breeding eggs of meating egg—laying compatible type(Zhengzhou Red)andegg laying poultry(Beijing White Ⅲ)were put to the test for their water con-tent,absolute dry matter,weight of egg shell and reserve energy.The resultsshowed:1,The variation of water content increased in accordance with growingof embryoes.By the last phase of embryonic development,the increased propo-rtions of water content were 4.18% and 3.7% respectively.2,According to eggweight of 60g before incubating,the absolute dry matter of 21—day old embr-yoes were reduced by 1.6324 g and 1.5985 g.3,The weight of egg shell was re-duced by 37.08% and 29.33%.The reduction for the compatible type was7.75% more than that for the egg laying type,indicating that the bone of co-mpatible type chick was stronger.4,The total reserve energy before incubationwas 90.65 kilocalorie and 86.12 kilocalorie,and reduced to 70.59 KC and 62.90KC for nestling chickens—20~30 KC were consumed during the embryonic de-velopment period.
