摘要
本文评价了我院1978-1987年45例小肠出血的各种诊断方法,提出小肠出血的诊断程序及提高诊断率的方法.我们用自行设计的选择性小肠气钡造影及消化道核素显像诱发加强试验有效地诊断了疑难的小肠出血。
Various diagnostic methods employed in 45 cases of small bowel he- morrhage were evaluated.A diagnostic procedure of small bowel hemorrhage was suggested.We developed a selective small bowel enema and a provocative test in gastrointestinal blood loss radio-nuclide imaging, which proved to be useful in the diagnosis of difficult cases.
