摘要
本试验在人工保定的情况下，对家养的性成熟海狸鼠，１９９３．６—１９９３．７月间环境温度１０—２０℃条件下，通过按摩和电刺激相结合进行采精获得成功。射精电压为３伏或６伏，精液量１毫升，精子活率０．５１，密度６亿／毫升，ＰＨ６．４。
From June to July of 1993,semen was successfully collected from the sexually mature domestic Myocastor coypus by electrical stimulation combined with massage under an ambient temperature of 10-20℃. The voltage for ejaculation was 3 or 6 volts. The ejaculate was 1ml in volume with a sperm motility of 0. 51,a sperm concentration of 6×108/ml and a PH of 6. 4.
