摘要
国产诺氟沙星注射液对四川地区临床分离出的330株致病菌(其中革兰氏阴性菌210株,革兰氏阳性菌120株)的体外抗菌活力与诺氟沙星片基本一致,均显示广谱、高效抗菌作用,对阴性菌的作用较强,尤其对痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌、克氏肺炎杆菌的作用最强,MIC<sub>50</sub>、MIC<sub>90</sub>均≤0.5μg/ml;对肠道杆菌的抑菌活力与依诺沙星相似或略强,优于庆大霉素;对非产酶葡萄球菌的抑菌活力优于依诺沙星,与头孢曲松相同,MIC<sub>50</sub>均为1.0μg/ml;对表皮葡萄球菌、链球菌、粪链球菌的作用均较依诺沙星、庆大霉索和头孢曲松强。不同的血清浓度(0~75%)、细菌接种量(10<sup>4</sup>~10<sup>8</sup>CFU/ml)及pH值(5.0~9.0)对其抗菌活性的影响不大。试验亦表明诺氟沙星注射液具强的杀菌作用。
The in vitro antibacteerial activity of domestic norfloxacin injection and other antibitics against 330 strains of clinical isolats were determined in this study.Similar to norfloxacin tablets,norfloxacin injection had a broad spectrum antibacterial activity,especially for Gram-negatinve bacteria. It showed most strong action against Shigella SPP,E. coli and KI. Prieumoniae,with MIC50and MIC50≤0. 5μg/ml. The antibacteri-aceae was equel to enoxacin, but was greater than gentamicin. Norfloxacin had stronger activity than enoxacin and equal to ceftriaxone,with MIC50 = 100μg/ml for β-lase not-producing strains of staph. au-reus,The agent inhibitory activity for staph. epidermidis.strept. pyogenes and strapt. faecalis was stronger than that of enoxacin, gentamicin and ceftriaxone. The MIC of norfloxacin injection for strains tested was litter affected by concentration of plasma (0-75%) .bacterial inoculum size(104-108CFU/ml) and pH val-ue(5. 0-9. 0). The test exhibited that norfloxacin was a bactericidal agent yet.
