摘要
介绍了无形资产的概念及其特征，阐述了无形资产的价值对企业发展的重要性。通过对实例和数据的分析，指出了国内企业要想具有强大竞争力，赶超世界一流企业，必须重视无形资产的培养与积累。
Based on the concept of enterprise in tangible assets,this paper illustrates the important role of the value of intangible assets on enterprises,development of the facts and statistics,with the analysis, the paper points out that an enterprise must pay much attention to the cultivation and accumulation of the intangible assets so as to catch up with the advanced enterprises in the world.
