摘要
探讨四肢严重骨折病人防止骨不连发生的治疗方法,对有手术指征的病人采用外固定架固定,在骨折处作小切口复位并一期植入自体髂骨。结果所有病例在短时间内获临床愈合。
To study the treatments of comminuted fractures of limbs in order to prevent bone nonunion. The cases which have operative indications have been treated by external fixator and reduced by small fenestration alony with qranulated iliac bone graft. All the cases have got clinical union in a short stage.
