LC_9CS铝合金焊缝的组织和强度及断裂形式 被引量:7

摘要 采用自行研制的焊丝,用脉冲氩弧焊工艺对LC9CS超硬铝薄板试样进行焊接,并对试样进行淬火+人工时效处理。对热处理前后焊接接头的金相组织、抗拉强度和拉伸断口形貌进行分析。结果表明:热处理后焊接试样的抗拉强度达480MPa,与母材接近,比焊态提高约80%。焊态焊缝组织为α(Al)+树枝状共晶,接头拉伸断裂以穿晶断裂为主;热处理后,焊缝组织为类似等轴晶内分布有粒状、条状共晶,接头拉伸断裂以沿晶断裂为主。 In this paper, the samples of LC 9CS aluminum alloy have been welded by pulsed-TIG with self-made welding wire,the welded samples have been treated by quenching and artificial aging. The metallographic structure, the tensile strength and the fracture form of the welded joint has also been studied. The results show that, the tensile strength of welded samples after heat treatment is 480 MPa which is close to that of the parent metal, and 80% higher than that before heat treatment. Before heat treatment, the metallographic structure is α(Al) and dendritic eutectic structure, the main form of tensile fracture of the welded joint is intracrystalline. After heat treatment, the metallographic structure is equiaxed crystal-like structure inside which there are nodular, slender eutectic structures, and the main form of tensile fracture of the welded joint is intergranular one.
