摘要
信号源内阻R0与LC电路可组成RLC网络.在周期性方波激励下,电路中产生衰减振荡波形.高Q值LC电路衰减的快慢,取决于信号源内阻的大小.由此可对以OTL电路为输出的信号源上下管动态内阻是否对称进行分析,并提供一种校准方法.
The RLC network consists of R 0 (stands for the internal resistance of the source) and LC circuit.If the pumping signal is the periodic square wave,the damped oscillation wave will be generated in the circuit.To high quality factor LC circuit,the time of damped oscillation is concluded by the magnitude of R 0 and vice versa.So to the OTL circuit of the source,the symmetry of the dynamic internal resistance of the upper and lower triode is analyzed and a calibration method is given.
