摘要
研究了东海区沿岸水域主要海洋生物体内石油烃含量的分布和变化后得出鱼体中的总石油烃含量为1.40-21.84毫克/千克(干重,下同),双壳类的含量范围为13.85-88.63毫克/千克,甲壳类的含量范围为9.37-59.35毫克/千克,头足类的含量范围为5.40-9.06毫克/千克。污染海区与其它海域相比,生物体内总石油烃的含量相差极大。外海采集的鱼类样品平均含量为3.41毫克/千克,而在西沪港下山所采集的鱼类样品的平均含量为17.58毫克/千克。通过分析调查海域中几种主要生物的石油烃富集系数,富集系数最高可达794.3。东海沿岸石油污染主要可能是由船舶排放的含油废水造成的,并且在局部地区污染已相当严重。
The distribution and variation in content of petroleum hydrocarbon within soeme main marine organisms along the coastal waters the East China Sea were analyzed and studied as follows : The total content of petroleum hydrocarbon in fish body was measured form 1.4 μg/kg to 21. 84 μg/kg in dry weight with the average 8.91mg/kg . The total content in bivalvia body was from 13.85 μg/kg to 88.63mg/kg in dry weight with the average 44. 77mg/kg, and the total content in crustacea body was from 9.37mg/kg to 59. 35mg/kgin dry weigh with the average 7. 71mg/kg.The results showed the significant difference in the content of petroleum hydrocarbon within the body of marine organisms between non-polluted ones and polluted ones. The fish bodies sampled in outer sea area contained 3. 41mg/kg of petroleum hydrocarbon in average , whereas those from offshore area, Xihu Harbour at Xiangshan Bay, were 17. 58mg/kg. Based on analyses of the bio-concentration of petroleum hydrocarbon within several main organisms in the investigated area , the highest bio-con centration coefficient reached 794. 3.The oil pollution in the coastal waters of the East China Sea can be mainly caused by waste water with oil discharged from ships and boats. It has been quite serious in some local zones.
