摘要
以商品代艾维茵肉鸡为材料,研究了0～8周龄体重及胸腿肌量(重量和百分含量)的变化,并运用Gompertz模型对公母肉用仔鸡的胸肌和腿肌的生长曲线进行拟合,结果表明:肉用仔鸡胸肌、腿肌的生长速度大于肉鸡整体的生长速度,属早熟部位。胸肌、腿肌的生成强度随周龄增加呈由强到弱变化。胸肌的生长强度大于腿肌。胸肌、腿肌的生长拐点分别出现在4.5周和5周左右。
From hatching to eight weeks,live body weight,breast muscle and leg muscle weight werestudied with ANVIN commercial broilers, and the growth cure equations of breast and leg muscle weight were fitted with Gompertz Growth Model. The result showed:The growth intensity of muscle decreased with age. The growth intensity of breast muscle was larger than that of leg muscle. The inflection point time of breast muscle and leg muscle were about 4. 5 weeks and 5. 0 weeks respectively.
