摘要
报道了在In2O3材料中分别掺杂一定比例的Pd,Fe2O3,SnO2,CaO和MgO材料后敏感材料的气敏特性.实验结果表明,掺杂及烧结温度对In2O3材料的气敏特性有较大的影响.
The sensing properties of SnO2 material of doping Fe2O3 and In2O3 were reported in this paper.The experiment results showed that the compasition,sintering temperature and heating voltage had the explicit influences for gas sensitive properties of the material.
