摘要
应用回归旋转设计原理 ,选择 5种毛竹生长所需的生长调节物质和微量元素 ,采用5元 2次回归旋转设计 ,进行现场实施和试验。试验结果 ,通过计算机进行模拟优化 ,选出了生产上适用的最佳配方。施用后使毛竹林产笋量和成竹量增加 80 %~ 1 0 0 % ,提早出笋时间7~ 1 0d ,延长出笋期 1 5~ 2 0d。
Five kinds of growth regulative substance and trace element, which bamboo needs for growth, have been selected and used in experiment and practice, according to five element rotation quadratic orthogonal design method, Based on the experimental data,an optimum combining scheme has been formed by computer simulating and optimizing. After application,the output of bamboo shoot and standing shoot can increase 80 to 100 percent,the shoot emergence time is earlier 7 to 10 days, and the degraded shoot period will prolonged for 15 to 20 days.\;
