摘要
目前我国自然保护区规模及数量发展迅猛,但质量内涵不高,尚处于初级阶段,面临诸多问题。以科 学发展观为指导,针对现阶段存在的问题和矛盾,应采取完善法规、理顺体制、科学规划、统筹发展、合理补偿等对 策措施,加快我国自然保护区建设。
Recently, the quantity and scale of nature reserves developed rapidly in China, but the quality is low, and the building of nature reserves is still in the primary stage. In allusion to the problems and contradiction of nature reserves development, as the guideline of the science developmental concept, the countermeasures should be taken: improve the rale of law, reform the system, make out scientific planning, make overall development, compensate the local people in reason to speed up the building of nature reserves in China.
