摘要
本文分析了突发性环境污染事故的预警、应急监测和处理工作,通过对系统设计、数据库设计、系统实施、系统的功能等方面的介绍,给出了一种突发性环境污染事故预警、应急监测和处理方面软件开发的新方法。
The article analyses the work of the preparedness,response,emergency monitoring and dealing of sudden environment pollution accident and points out a new method to develop software for preparing,responding,monitoring and dealing with the sudden environment pollution accident by presenting system design,database design,system development and system functions.
