摘要
少年篮球运动员正处于打基础阶段,如何有效地培养少年篮球运动员的篮球意识,将制约着他们未来的发展空间。通过训练实践,总结出培养少年篮球运动员篮球意识的四个途径,供同行参考。
Teenager basketball players are at the stage of doing fundamental works.How to cultivate teenager players basketball consciousness effectively will limit their future development.With combining the teaching realizaiong in Jiangsu and Shenzhen of Guangdong juvenile basketball team of myself.By the training,the author sums up four ways for teenager basketball players' consciousness referene only for us colleges.
