摘要 为了解决作业条件危险评价方法在建筑施工中的应用问题,采用系统安全工程的作业条件危险评价方法,并对这种方法中的L项进行修正,用系统能量与人为能量控制关系来确定隐患是否存在。与原LEC法比,该法采用系统的固有能量与人为控制能量的差值来确定隐患,L的取值更加科学和可操作性,提高了安全投入的经济性。该成果对作业条件危险评价方法在建筑施工中的应用具有一定的参考价值和指导意议。 For the sake of solving the application problem of operation condition safety assessment method in building construction,the operation condition safety assessment method of system safety engineering is adopted, with the L item therein revised and the existence of hidden troubles determined by dint of the control relationship between system energy and artificial energy.Compared with the original LEC method,the new method employs the difference between the inherent system energy and the artificial control energy to determine the hidden troubles and enables the value of L to be more scientific and operable,which improves the economy of safe input. The obtained achievement has certain value of reference and significance for the application of operation condition safety assessment method in building construction.
