真空度对干压陶瓷砖吸水率的影响 被引量:5

摘要 吸水率是评价干压陶瓷砖内在质量优劣的重要指标之一,测定吸水率的主要方法是真空法,而真空度是影响测定吸水率高低的主要原因。由于真空度不足测定的吸水率而造成干压陶瓷砖成为不合格品是目前比较常见的一种现象,故本文通过在不同真空度下,对同种干压陶瓷砖的吸水率进行了试验研究,结果表明,真空度偏小2KPa时,吸水率最高将会偏低0.8%左右。 Water absorption is one of the key factors in evaluating dry processing ceramic tiles. Vacuum method is the main way for water absorption testing, in which vacuity plays a key role on the testing results. In practice, lack of vacuity is often occurred during the testing which in turn results in unqualified products. Therefore, water absorption of ceramic tiles under different vacuities was studied in this paper. The results showed that water absorption was up to 0.8% lesser than common products when 2Kpa vacuity was reduced.
