摘要
通过对添加剂的研究得出木质素磺酸钠和褐煤分离元素硫的机制相似,都是通过降低精矿或者元素硫的表面与水的界面张力,使二者分离。当木质素磺酸钠的添加量在0.2%~0.3%之间时,褐煤的添加量在1.5%时锌浸出率和元素硫的生成率最大。通过比较可以得出褐煤的工艺指标比木质素磺酸钠稍低,然而在改善渣粒度及固液分离时间方面要比木质素磺酸钠优越,具有更好的分散元素硫的能力。
Based on the research of additive gets the conclusion that sodium lignosulphonate is similar to the mechanism of separation of elemental sulfur from lignite,both were separated by reducing the tension interfacial of water between surface of elemental sulfur or concentrate.When the sodium lignosulphonate added volume was between 0.2% ~0.3% and lignite added volume was 1.5%,the zinc leaching ratio and the ratio of elemental sulfur formation achieved the maximum.So the experiment showed the indicator of lignite slightly lower than sodium lignosulphonate,while the lignite was superior to sodium lignosulphonate in improving the slag particle size and reducing the time in the solid-liquid separation and possesses strong capability of dispersing elemental sulfur.
