摘要
采用厌氧发酵后的发酵液和秸秆发酵剂对玉米秸秆进行堆沤处理,设计正交试验L9(34),在温度、含水率、时间、玉米秸秆粒径不同的条件下,考察堆沤处理对纤维素和木质素降解率的影响,并对堆沤处理前后的玉米秸秆进行厌氧发酵产气试验。结果表明:不同堆沤条件下,秸秆的纤维素和木质素降解效果以及后期厌氧发酵产气效果都不相同;最优条件为温度30℃,含水率为60%,堆沤时间为15d,秸秆粒径<1cm。在此最优条件下,处理后玉米秸秆产气效率明显提高,产气峰值提前6d。最大日产气量达630mL,与未处理的秸秆相比提高31.2%。
Effluent from anaerobic digestion and straw fermentation adjuncts was used in this experiment to compost corn straws.An orthogonal experiment program was carried out to determ-ine effects of temperature,moisture,time and granularities of corn stalk on the degradation rate of cellulose and lignin,and compare the biogas generation between composted corn straws with uncomposted ones. Results show that the degradation rate of cellulose and lignin and the biogas production rate is very different under the different condition of straw composting.The optimal conditions for composting were 30℃ in temperature,90% inmoisture,10 days in time and corn stalk(<1cm) .Under such conditions,the biogas production rate of composted corn straws is higher and the yield peaked 6 days earlier.The highist number of daily biogas production of composted corn straws is 630mL,31.2% higher than that of untreated ones.
