摘要
建国初期,湖南遭受严重的水、旱、风、雹、虫、疫等各种自然灾害的袭击,给新生的人民政权带来严峻的挑战.湖南人民克服一切困难,采取多项措施救助灾害,巩固了新生的人民政权,也为当今社会防灾、抗灾,战胜自然灾害积累了很多可值得借鉴的经验.
In the early years of New China,There suffered the harm of the serious water,the drought,the wind,the hail,the insect,the epidemic disease and each kind of natural disaster in HuNan,The serious disaster brought the severe challenge for the newborn people government.The party of provincial committee and the provincial government in HuNan led all people to overcome all difficulties,and adopted many measures to rescue disaster,Which made rescuing work in HuNan has great achievements in the early years of New China,For example,agricultural production gradually restoring,the national economy gradually improving,and consolidating the new regime,also accumulating a lot of worth learning experiences of preventing disaster,resisting disaster and overcoming natural disaster for society today.
