摘要
结合铅锌硫化矿富氧浸出过程,进行热力学计算,分别得到了PbS-H2O系,ZnS-H2O系各物质的G0值以及该体系下各反应对应的电位-pH表达式,并绘制出温度为160℃、氧分压为1.0MPa、离子活度为1.0时,PbS-H2O系、ZnS-H2O系、PbS-ZnS-H2O系的电位-pH图.图中存在着Zn2+、PbSO4和S单质稳定共存的区域,该区域的存在为铅锌硫化矿富氧浸出过程铅与锌分离以及单质硫的生成提供了理论上的依据,从热力学的角度验证了铅锌硫化矿富氧浸出工艺的可行性.
Combination with the oxygen-rich leaching process of lead zinc sulfide ores,the values of G0 and the --pH formulae of reactions in PbS-H2O and ZnS-H2O systems were obtained based on thermodynamic calculation respectively,and the --pH diagrams of PbS-H2O,ZnS-H2O,and PbS-ZnS-H2O systems were drawn at the temperature of 160 ℃,oxygen partial pressure of 1.0 MPa,and ionic activity of 1.0.The stable region of Zn2+,PbSO4 and S existed in the diagrams,it provided theoretical basis of rich-oxygen leaching of lead-zinc sulfide ores and the production of elemental S.The results verified thermodynamic feasibility of this process.
