四次谐波镜像抑制混频器中无源部分的设计

摘要 本文介绍了四次谐波镜像抑制混频器中无源部分的设计,无源部分包括了双巴伦和兰格电桥。通过ADS软件进行相关的仿真,最终实现了巴伦在频段7.9~9.5GHz的幅度不平衡度小于0.2dB,相位不平衡度小于1°,在中心频率8.7GHz的插损约为7.3dB;兰格电桥在频段30~40GHz的幅度不平衡度小于0.3dB,相位不平衡度小于1°在中心频率35GHz的插损约为3.25dB。双巴伦和兰格电桥仿真得到的结果良好,为最终四次谐波镜像抑制混频器的单片实现奠定了基础。 The design of passive components in quadruple subharmonic image rejection mixer is proposed in this paper.The passive components include double-balun and lange coupler.With the help of ADS,getting the final simulation results that the balun realized magnitude imbalance degree in the range of 7.9~9.5GHz is less than 0.2dB,the phase imbalance degree is less than 1°,and the Insertion loss is about 7.3 dB at the center frequency of 8.7GHz;lange coupler realized magnitude imbalance degree in the range of 30~40GHz is less than 0.3 dB,the phase imbalance degree is less than 1°,and the Insertion loss is about 3.25 dB at the center frequency of 35GHz.The satisfactory result,which has been reached in this simulation of balun and lange coupler,does make a significant foundation to the realization of the monolithic quadruple subharmonic image rejection mixer..
