摘要
从杂交粳稻新组合选育、BT型不育系育性稳定性研究及原种生产方法建立、细胞质遗传效应研究及红莲型细胞质的开发应用、粳稻恢复系资源的发掘和恢复性遗传、粳稻杂种优势及其亲本配合力研究、三系亚种间杂种优势利用及广亲和恢复系选育等6个方面回顾了作者从事三系杂交粳稻育种研究近30 a的工作,并对今后研究方向展开了讨论。
This paper is concerned with the investigation results of the authors engaging in three-line japonica hybrid rice breeding in the last 30 years,including six aspects as follows:1)Breeding of new combinations of japonica hybrid rice.2)Study on the sterile stability of BT type CMS lines and establishment of the operation rules for basic seed production of CMS lines.3)Study on effects of CMS cytoplasm and application of HL type male sterility cytoplasm in japonica hybrid rice breeding.4) Excavation of japonica restorer resource and study on inheritance of fertility restoration ability.5)Study on heterosis of japonica rice and combining ability of three-line parents.6)Investigation on the utilized way of heterosis between indica and japonica and breeding of the restorer line with wide compatibility and wide restoring ability.Eventually,the research orientation of japonica hybrid rice breeding in future was discussed.
