摘要
本文研究了赤霉素(C19H22O6)浸泡对蓝刺头种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,以及不同氮浓度施肥情况下对蓝刺头植株生长发育(叶片数、叶片大小、株高)的影响,以探讨在蓝刺头生产中,如何提高种子的萌发率,选择适合的施肥浓度,获得优质的盆花。研究发现:赤霉素浓度为100ppm时,种子发芽率约为90.5%,清水处理的萌发率为81%;经赤霉素处理的种子,幼苗时生长较好;使用氮浓度为140mg/l的溶液施肥,蓝刺头生长发育较好。
The influences of different seed treatments on seed germination of Echinop latifolius were investigated,and the different N concentration on the growth and development were investigated.The results are as follows:(1) GA treatmeat have no much effect on seed germination,but improve seelding's growth;(2) N of 140 ppm is the optimal concentration for the growth and development of Echinop latifolius.
