摘要
文章通过对当代建筑能源消费情况进行分析，阐述了建筑节能的形势和意义，并特别重点论述了住宅建筑节能与居住条件之间的关系以及住宅建筑从规划设计到投入使用过程中的各种节能问题。
In this paper, the energy consuming state of current architecture was firstly analyzed. Then the situation and importance of the energy saving of architecture were elucidated. At last, the relationship between energy saving of the residential architecture and living condition as well as the various energy saving problems of the residential architecture from lay out design to use were especially discussed.
