摘要
设计了一个基于USB主机的嵌入式数据采集系统,使用AT89C55WD单片机和USB接口芯片SL811HS完成了USB主机功能,实现了对Mass Storage类设备U盘的控制。系统采集的数据按FAT16文件系统的格式存入U盘。结合原油脱水电源电参数检测的需要,选用ADS7841作为A/D转换芯片,以DS1302作为实时时钟芯片。实验及油田现场应用表明:该系统使用方便,数据记录准确,数据存储稳定可靠。
This paper designed an embedded data acquisition system based on USB host. It accomplished USB host functions and realized controlling of USB drive using chip microprocessor AT89C55WD and USB interface chip SL811HS. System data was stored in the USB drive using FAT16 file system. Combined with the requirements of detecting crude oil dehydration power supply's electro parameters, it selected ADS7841 as analog-to-digital converter and used DS1302 as real-time clock chip. Laboratory experiments and oil field application demonstrate that the accuracy of data recording and reliability of data storage are satisfactory.
