The moral quality of tour-guides results in the service quality of travel agency, directly determines the tourists' faith and approval, reflects comprehensively the tourism development of the tourist destination and influences the order of tourism market and its development. The construction of the tour-guides' occupational ethics is the lifeline to improve the service quality of travel agency, is the basis to mold the travel agency's faith and brand, and it is also the key way to promote the tourism market to develop in an orderly and healthy way.
