摘要
提出一种新的具有抗分组丢失能力的网络摄像机设计方案,该方案以DM643芯片为核心处理器,采用ERRTP载荷结构保证H.264视频通信的传输质量,该结构支持对H.264视频码流的TN码不等保护,保证时延在实时视频通信允许的范围内。实验结果表明,本系统没有过多增加信道负担和运算复杂度,传输效率较之RTP基本不变,且在高丢包率下恢复视频质量的峰值信噪比较单一TN码保护提高了1~7dB,满足分组丢失环境下实时视频通信的QoS要求。
A novel packet-loss resilience network camera is proposed. The network camera bases on the DM643 processor, in which a payload format of real-time transport protocol for guaranteeing QoS of H.264 video delivery over IP network is employed. The proposed payload can support TN unequal-protection for H.264 video stream and ensures the delay to be in allowable range for real-time video delivery. Experimental results show that compared with RTP, the transmission efficiency using ERRTP is basically not changed without any increasing channel burden and arithmetic complexity. Compared with single TN protection, the PSNR of recovery video quality can be increased by 1-7 dB, which satisfies QoS demands of real-time video communication under packet drop environment.
