摘要
常用的口腔修复体金属有贵金属(合金)和镍铬合金、钴铬合金、钛(钛合金)等。材料的耐腐蚀性是临床医师选择合金种类的重要依据之一,金属腐蚀分为化学、电化学和物理腐蚀等3类。影响微生物在材料表面黏附最为关键的是材料表面粗糙度和个体口腔卫生习惯。文章对口腔修复合金材料的种类、耐腐蚀性、粗糙度的影响以及过敏性和毒性等方面进行了探讨,以希望研究出性能更为优良的口腔修复合金材料。
Compound alloy materials, such as noble metal, nickel-chromium alloy, cobalt-chromium alloy, and titanium alloy, are frequently used for oral repairing. Corrosion resistance is one of important factors for choosing types of alloy, classifying into chemical, electrochemical, and physical corrosions. On the other hand, both surface roughness of alloy materials and oral hygienic habit of individuals are the most important factors for adhesion of microorganism on the surface of alloy materials. This study aims to investigate the type, corrosion resistance, roughness, hypersensitivity, and toxicity of alloy materials in order to find out ideal alloy compounds for oral repairing.
