摘要
详细地研究了钢铁样中主量铁对7种被测定元素的干扰和被测定元素间的干扰情况,并研究了不同酸分解样品的效果,确定了用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定钢铁样中硅、磷、锰、铬、镍、铜和铝的方法。
A useful ICP-AES method for the determination of micro amounts of Si,P,Mn,Cr,Ni,Cu and Al in steel samples is described.For the determination of Mn,Cr,Cu and Al a simultaneous system JY32 was used,while for Si,P,Ni a sequential scan system JY38 equipped with 3600 line/mm holographic grating(1 m focal length)was employed.The interference of iron and the mutual interference of the seven elements were studied in details.The effectiveness of sample dissolution with different acids was also investigated.
