ICP-MS法测定野生美味牛肝菌中多种微量元素 被引量:5

Determination of Microelements in Boletus Mushrooms by Means of ICP-MS

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定野生美味牛肝菌样品中的15种微量元素。优化了酸度及仪器工作参数,利用在线加入内标的方式消除基体效应和接口效应,通过修正方程校正质量数干扰。测定元素校正曲线的相关系数在0.9991以上,各元素的检出限在0.016~0.217μg/L,相对标准偏差小于4.6%,加标回收率为95.63%~101.51%。 ICP-MS was applied to the simultaneous determination of types of micro-amounts in boletus mushrooms.The details of acidity and working parmeters of the instrument were improved.The matrix effect and interface effect were cemoved by the in-line addition of internal standards,and the mass number interference was amended by applying the correction equation recommended in EPA200.8.satisfactory linearity of working curres of microelements was obtained giring all their correlation coefficients over 0.9991.Detection limits of these element were found in the range from 0.016~0.217 μg/L.RSD'S found were less than 4.6% and recoreries in the range from 95.63%~101.51% were obtained in its application to the analysis of boletus mushrooms.
