摘要
危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)是一种最全面、有效的系统安全评价方法,广泛应用于各类流程工业的安全评估中.基于符号定向图(SDG)技术,研究建立了SDG-HAZOP专家系统,克服了人工HAZOP分析对评审人员要求较高、费时、费力等缺点.将该系统应用于Ti冷却器的HAZOP分析之中,建立了相应的Ti冷却器SDG模型,并对如何建立合理、有效的SDG模型进行了探讨.
Hazard and operability (HAZOP) has been widely used in the safety evaluation for the various process industries. It is recognized as one of the most comprehensive and effective system safety evaluation methods. The software, called the SDG-HAZOP expert system based on signed directed graph (SDG), was developed to overcome the manual study HAZOP disadvantages, such as high qualification requirement for evaluators, high work-intensity and time consuming. It was used to build SDG model and conduct the HAZOP analyses for the Ti-cooler. Moreover, how to build a reasonable and effective SDG model was discussed.
