摘要
培养和发展高职学生的自我管理能力，对促使高职学生自觉进行行为控制活动、自觉遵守道德规范有着极其重要的作用。只有提高高职学生的自我管理能力，才能使高职学生更确切地认识自己的能力与特点，根据自己的实际情况设计自己的发展目标，从而激发出蕴菔在高职学生心中争取进步的内驱力，向着自己的发展目标努力。
Cultivating and developing self-management ability of vocational college students has a vital role for them to control behaviors and comply with code of ethics conscientiously. Only by improving self-management ability can vocational students make a more precise understanding of their capabilities and characteristics and design their own development goals according to practical situation, and thus stimulate their potential force to drive towards their development goals.
