摘要
目的:研究显微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛的疗效和安全性。方法:回顾性分析76例微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛的临床资料。结果:随访(10～35)个月,平均20个月。72例患者HFS症状消失,2例为手术无效者,2例术后约1年复发,手术有效率达到94.7%。结论:显微血管减压术是面肌痉挛最有效的治疗方法,熟练的显微外科技术以及术中正确识别责任血管,充分的减压是提高手术疗效,减少症状复发的关键。
Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of microvascular decompression for hemifacial.Methods： 76 cases of HFS paticnts treated with MVD operation were studied retrospectively.Results： The follow-up was 10-35months（mean 20 months） 72 cases were cured,2 cases were inefficacy,2 cases recurrented one year afrter operation.Conclusion： MVD operation is the most available treatment to HFS.Skilled microsurgical technique along with correct recognition mobilization of offending vessels are a need to assure MVD a high efficacious and decrease recurrence rate for Hfs patients.
