摘要
针对建筑企业安全管理的现状,运用SWOT分析法,对当前形势下我国建筑企业安全管理所面临的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行了分析;构建了建筑企业安全管理战略矩阵,指出提高我国的建筑企业安全管理的策略应从"发挥优势"转变到"克服劣势",并提出了相应的对策措施。
Starting from the current safety management situation of construction enterprises ,with the help of SWOT analysis tool ,this paper analyzes the strenths,weakness,opportunities, threats of the safety management of Chinese construction enterprises,builds the engineering safety management matrix ,points out a whole new strategic thinking from making use of the strenths to overcoming the threats,which is necessary to inprove our safety management level in construction enterprises,and puts forward some corresponding countmeasures in the end.
