摘要
介绍了主要弱电接触材料的种类、特性和制备工艺。重点从节银弱电接触材料的研究进展、铜基无银材料和纳米复合材料3个方面对弱电接触材料的发展趋势做了详细的介绍。指出合金多元化复合材料的研究、纳米技术在电接触材料的应用以及新型制备方法的发展,是今后弱电接触材料发展的新方向。
The type, property and technology of preparation of weak electrical contact materials are introduced. The development trends of weak electrical contact materials are detailedly described on the Ag-saved materials, the new Ag-replaced materials and the nano-composite materials. It is suggested that the research of alloy diversified composite materials, the application of nano-technology in the electrical contact materials and the development of new preparation methods will become the new developing direction in the future.
