摘要
以碱式碳酸镁和SiO_2为原料,采用固相反应法合成Mg_2SiO_4。结果表明,当Mg/Si比为2:1.2,在1200℃以上空气气氛中预烧3h,能合成出单相的Mg_2SiO_4。在1280~1340℃保温2h烧结成瓷后,其1MHz介电常数为7.05±0.05,损耗角正切变化范围在(2~5)×10^(-4)之间,体积密度为(3.1±0.5)g/cm^3。
Mg2SiO4 is prepared from Mg(OH)2·4MgCO3· 6H2O and SiO2 by the solid state'reaction sinter route. The results show that the single-phase Mg2SiO4 powder can be obtained when the mixtures with Mg : Si ratio of 2 : 1.2 is presintered at above 1200℃ for 3h in air. The samples sintered at 1280-1340℃ for 2h show a low tanδ in the range of (2-5) × 10^-4 with εr of 7.05±0. 05 measured at 1MHz. The bulk density of obtained ceramic is (3. 1±0. 5) g/ema.
