摘要
概述了内蒙古草地生态系统的主要服务功能:草产品供应、涵养水源、气体调节、土壤保持、环境净化和生物多样性维持等。因此,建立草地补偿机制,应考虑以下几个方面:大气调节服务补偿、保护土壤服务补偿、净化环境服务补偿、水源涵养服务补偿、生物多样性维持服务补偿等,而且要明确草原生态效益补偿思路,确定补偿主体、对象、内容、范围、标准和方式,多渠道筹集补偿资金,增强草原生态功能。
The main services function of Inner Mongolia grassland, such as： forage production, watershed protection, gas adjustment, soi were reviewed. Hence, to estab services, watershed protection s conservation, environment purification, and biodiversity maintenance lish a complimentary ervices, environment system, gas adjustment services, soil conservation purification services, and biodiversity maintenance should all take into account except for forage production. The strategy of grassland compensation should include the main body, clients, contents, scales, standards, and the implementation methods.
