摘要
对34份蒲菜资源进行较为系统的观察研究，认为蒲菜有2个种，食用假茎的为水烛（TyphaangustifoliaLinn），食用根状茎的是宽叶香蒲（TyphalatifoliaL．）。对部分蒲菜资源作了介绍。
According to systematical investigationsand researches on the germplasm of 34 commoncattails, they may be classified into two species: thespurious stem type, Typha angustifolia Linn. and therhizome type, Typha latifolia L. Some varieties wereintroduced in this paper.
