摘要
借鉴心理学的朋辈辅导,提出在高职学生进行思想政治教育时引入朋辈教育模式。就成立朋辈教育中心、组建朋辈教育队伍、搭建朋辈教育平台、开展朋辈教育活动和建立朋辈教育制度五个方面对高职朋辈教育体系进行有益探讨,并论述了各个环节的具体做法。
Using Peer Counseling in Psychology for reference, this paper advocates the introduction of peer education model into Ideological and Political Education in higher vocational colleges. Further, the paper discusses the Peer Education System in higher vocational education in detail from five aspects and their respective specific practices. The five aspects are listed as： the establishment of peer education centers, the formation of peer education team, the building of peer education platform, the development of peer education activities and the establishment of a peer education system.
