摘要
目的:了解巴彦淖尔市临河区居民主要死亡原因及死亡顺位,为卫生行政部门制订区域卫生规划和合理分配卫生资源提供依据。方法:利用巴彦淖尔市临河区2004-2006年死因监测系统居民病伤死亡原因调查资料进行统计分析。结果:居民死因前5位的疾病是循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、损伤和中毒、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病。结论:巴彦淖尔市临河区居民应将循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、损伤和中毒、呼吸系统疾病作为防治的重点。
Objective： To study death causes and death priority of the residents from Linhe in Bayannaoer in order to provide the basis for the formulation of the regional health planning and rational allocation of health resources. Methods： The data was processed by the ACCESS/DEATHREG2005 software. Results： Five top death causes are circulatory system diseases, malignant tumors, injuries, poisoning and respiratory diseases. Conclusion ： These five diseases demand much attention of the residents in Linhe and deserve to be taken as a top priority in disease prevention and control programme.
