摘要
在土培条件下进行3个水分水平和6个施氮水平处理试验,研究了水肥耦合处理对橡胶苗根系形态及根系活力的影响。结果表明:橡胶苗的根系形态及其活力均表现出随着生长时间的延长而增加的趋势,在土壤相对含水量相同的情况下则表现出随施氮量增加呈先上升后下降的趋势;根系形态随着土壤相对含水量增加而增加的趋势呈单峰型曲线,在施氮0.25 g/kg与0.75 g/kg处理之间达最高值,说明轻度降低土壤水分及增加施氮量能迅速提高根系活跃吸收面积和根系活力、促进根系快速生长,但过度降低土壤水分含量对根系活力有抑制作用。
Under the soil culture conditions, three moisture rates and six nitrogen application rates were designed to investigate the effects coupling of water and nitrogen on morphological characteristics and activity of root system on rubber budings. The results showed that: with the processing time extend, the root pattern and vitality exhibit a kind of growth trend; in the same relative water content of soil conditions, the root pattern and its vitality showed a first rise after down trend with the amount of nitrogen increase. The root pattern will showed a single-peak curve with the relative water content of soil increase, and reached the highest value when the concentration of nitrogen in the soil between 0.25 g/kg and 0.75 g/kg. Lower soil moisture slightly, increase the application of nitrogen can rapidly raise the root active absorption area and vitality, to promote the growth of root rapidly; reduce soil moisture excessively will inhibit the vitality of root.
