摘要
针对目前电力机车过分相方案存在的问题,研制基于车载监测装置的机车自动过分相装置。基本原理是采用RS—485通信技术,从机车安全信息监测装置TAX箱中读取机车运行数据,根据机车速度和行驶位置确定过分相的时刻,辅助司机操作过分相。采用AT89C51单片机作为微控制器,通过RS—485通信接口与TAX箱通信记录单元通信,获取机车实时信息;通过主断路器电路进行检测、断开主断路器。软件设计包括RS—485通信、状态指示与报警和控制3个模块。研制的关键技术是自动过分相装置退级动作的实现。从实际运行效果看,该装置可以有效防止机车带电过分相现象的发生,使用方便。
In respect to the problem existing in the solution of the electric locomotive passing over the neutral section, the locomotive auto-passing neutral section device that is based on the onboard monitoring equipment has been developed. The basic principle of this device is to adopt RS-485 communication tech- nology to read the locomotive running data from locomotive safety information monitoring device (TAX box), to define the time of passing neutral section as per the locomotive speed and running location, and to assist the driver to manipulate the passing of the neutral section. And also this device utilizes AT89C51 single-chip computer as the micro-controller and communicates with the communication record unit of TAX box via R8--485 communication interface to acquire the real-time information of the locomotive. The cir- cuit of the main circuit breaker is used to inspect and disconnect the main circuit breaker. The software de- sign includes 3 aspects such as: the communication of RS--485, the status indication and alarming as well as the control. The key technology that has been developed is to realize the degradation action of the auto-passing neutral section. The effect of the practical operation of the locomotive has demonstrated that this device can effectively avoid the occurrence of the phenomenon that the powered locomotive passes the neutral section, and this device is convenient for application.
