摘要 通过对现场实测数据的分析比较,论证了引起误动时重要继电保护出口继电器及开入光耦的干扰源性质;研究了重要出口继电器及开入光耦安全动作功率与外接电缆长度的对应关系,结果表明,其安全动作功率不仅与外接电缆长度有关,还与动作时间有关。建议在保证安全动作功率的前提下,在重要的开入光耦逻辑中增加不小于2ms的动作延时,更换动作时间小于2ms的快速中间继电器,进一步提高保护设备的安全工作性能。 Through the analysis and comparison of field data obtained from actual measurement, the interference source properties of important relay protection's out-tripping relay and switching input optical couple that generating mal-operation are analytically demonstrated. The corresponding relationship between the safety action power of important relay protection' s out- tripping relay and switching input optical couple and the length of external cable is analyzed. The results show that its safety action power not only relates to the length of external power cable, but also relates to the action time. It is proposed to add action time delay of no more than 2 ms on important switching input optical couple logic, replace the middle relay by fast middle relay with less than 2 ms action time, under the premise of the guarantee of safety action power, furthermore, to enhance the safety equipment performance of the protection device.
