摘要
社区居委会以及其它社会组织是实施宣传和动员的组织资源,通常是围绕着社区建设的各项内容进行的。社区居委会舆情疏导工作则是通过宣传和动员,在潜移默化中实现舆情疏导的,从而形成基层社会和谐稳定发展的综合效应。
The community residents＇ committee and other Social organization are the organization resources of implementing propaganda and mobilization. Usually they are carried on regarding the community constructs.The public opinion unblocking work of community residents＇ committee is realized by propaganda and mobilization in influencing suboy, and the combined effect on basic society＇ harmonious steady progression is fonned.
