摘要
研究了用不同提取剂从油茶籽饼中提取茶皂素的效果,并对这些效果进行了比较。结果表明:139~#提取剂是较好的,它具有提取速度快,提取率和产品纯度高等优点。此外,还研究了139~#提取剂的最适提取条件。
Various agents for the extraction of saponin from Cammellia oleosa seed-cake are studied. Different extraction results are compared. It is shown that agent 139~# is the most effective one and can produce a pure product.
