摘要
加速器质谱测量中重核时通常存在一定的干扰,特别是首次实验时会给实验谱的核素分析和在束确认带来困难.本文利用已建立的中重核素加速器质谱测量的实验谱模拟程序,模拟了加速器质谱测量26Al的实验谱,利用模拟谱,容易确定实验中的待测核素.
Usually, there are some backgrounds in AIMS measurements of medium-heavy nuclides. The interest nuclide is very difficult to discriminate from the interferences in the experiment spectra online, especially in the first measurement. The spectra of ^26Al were simulated, used our experimental spectra simulation program for medium-heavy nuclides of AMS measurements. The interest nuclides can be easily discriminated by comparing the simulation spectra with the experimental spectra.
