摘要
电路仿真机辅分析的精度取决于所用的各种电路元件等效模型的精度,而如何建立各种电路元件精确的等效模型同时又要满足机辅分析对自动黑盒建模的要求是ECAD技术面临的难题。本文采用数学方程的综合推导和伴随方程的进一步完善,从理论上解决这一难题。
The precision of computer aided analysis of electric circuits relies on the precision of the equivalent models of all kind being used devices and elements.How to satisfy the needs of establishing these precision equivalent models and meet the demands of computer aided analyses for automatic black box establish models is a difficult problem for ECAD.The difficult problem has been well overcome theoretically in this paper by building models with fellow equation.
