摘要
以四季小白菜为试材,研究了Cu2+胁迫下一氧化氮对小白菜生长状况及叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:Cu2+胁迫使小白菜生长受到抑制,Fv/Fm和ФPSⅡ降低;Cu2+浓度为100~1000μmol/L时,300μmol/L硝普钠能缓解Cu2+胁迫对小白菜造成的伤害。
In this paper, the pakchoi cabbage (Brassica chinensis L ) variety Siji Xiaobaicai was used to study the effect of nitric oxide on its growth and chlorophyll fluorescence under copper stress. The results showed that copper stress significantly inhibited the growth of pakchoi cabbage, decreased Fv/Fm and ФPS Ⅱ, but the injury caused by 100 - 1 000 μmol/L Cu^2+ could be relieved by 300 μmol/L SNP.
